Terms of Service
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of Airis, an AI-powered enterprise knowledge assistant operated by Kerra Innovation Hub Limited ("Kerra Hub", "Airis", "we", "us"). They apply to the Airis web app at airisinsight.com (including organisation subdomains and custom domains), the Airis Assistant desktop app, the Airis Assistant Chrome extension, Airis chatbots and embedded widgets, the Airis API, and Airis on WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, and email (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing an Airis app, or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Airis on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.
1. The Service
Airis provides an AI assistant and knowledge base that answers questions from your organisation's documents, uploads, Google Drive, and Zoho WorkDrive; a desktop app and Chrome extension for live meeting transcription, translation, and summaries and for answering questions about your screen; AI agents and automation workflows (including research, content, marketing, sales, support, collections, bookkeeping, recruiting, job search, and relocation agents) with optional human review and approval; data agents that answer questions from a database you connect; web search; chatbots for websites, WhatsApp, and Telegram; and notifications by email, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. Some features depend on your plan. We may add, change, or remove features as the Service develops, and will give reasonable notice before removing a material paid feature.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Airis, and not barred from using it under applicable law.
3. Accounts and Organisations
You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not share your account; you are responsible for activity under it. Organisation administrators control their organisation's members, teams, roles, permissions, integrations, agents, chatbots, and credit limits, and are responsible for the people they invite and the access they grant. API keys and embed keys are credentials: keep them secret, as you are responsible for all use made with them. Tell us promptly at support@kerrahub.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You can review and revoke your signed-in devices from your account settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Airis to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or process data you have no right to use; to record, transcribe, screenshot, or create voice profiles of people without the notice and consent the law requires; to upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to Airis or another organisation's data; to get around usage limits, credit controls, plan restrictions, or security measures; to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service, apps, or extension without our written permission; to send spam or unsolicited messages through WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, or email, or in breach of those platforms' rules; to create content that is deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or impersonates a person or organisation; to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (such as hiring, credit, or housing decisions) from AI output without appropriate human review; to submit false information in job applications or visa and relocation processes prepared with Airis; or to build a competing product or train AI models on Airis or its output.
5. Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you upload, connect, or create in Airis, including documents, messages, attachments, recordings, transcripts, screenshots, agent instructions and outputs, and database query results ("Your Content"). You give Kerra Hub a limited permission to host, copy, process, and transmit Your Content only to provide and secure the Service for you, including sending it to the AI and service providers described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use Your Content to train general-purpose AI models.
You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and consents it needs, including the consent of meeting participants before you record or transcribe them and a lawful basis for any personal information about others you add to Airis. If you are an organisation, you are the data controller for the personal information you put into Airis, including information about your members, customers, and chatbot users, and you are responsible for giving them any notices the law requires. Kerra Hub processes that information on your behalf, under your instructions as set by your use of the Service and these terms.
6. AI-Generated Output
Airis uses AI models to generate answers, summaries, transcripts, translations, documents, CVs, cover letters, social posts, research, and other output. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date, transcripts and translations can contain errors, and web search results come from third-party sites we do not control. Review output before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, immigration, employment, or other important decisions; you are responsible for how you use it. Subject to these terms, you own the output Airis generates for you, to the extent the law allows. Output may be similar to output generated for others.
7. Agents, Automations, and Approvals
Agents act on the instructions, triggers, schedules, and permissions you or your organisation set, and you are responsible for configuring them appropriately and for actions taken under your configuration. Agents consume AI credits as they run, including scheduled and triggered runs. Where a workflow includes a review or approval step, the first decision received from an authorised reviewer on any channel (in-app, email, WhatsApp, or SMS) is treated as the decision; review links are personal and should not be forwarded. Airis prepares job applications and social media posts, but you submit or publish them yourself and are responsible for checking them first and following that platform's terms. If you connect a database to a data agent, you are responsible for the access you grant; we strongly recommend read-only credentials limited to the data the agent needs.
8. Desktop App and Chrome Extension
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Airis Assistant desktop app and Chrome extension on devices you own or control, with your Airis account. The desktop app captures microphone and system audio only while listening is on, and screenshots only when you ask; you are responsible for using these features lawfully and getting any consent needed from other people. The desktop app is designed to be hidden from screen sharing and recording; you must not use this, or any other Airis feature, to cheat in exams, interviews, or assessments where outside help is not permitted, or otherwise to deceive the people you are meeting. The apps may update automatically, and some features may stop working on outdated versions.
9. Chatbots and Channels
If your organisation runs an Airis chatbot on a website, WhatsApp, or Telegram, you are responsible for its configuration and for its conversations with your customers or visitors. You must tell them they are chatting with an AI assistant where the law requires it, give them your own privacy notice, and follow the rules of WhatsApp (Meta), Telegram, and any other platform you connect, including messaging-window and opt-in requirements. We may pause a channel that breaches those rules or puts the platform's number at risk.
10. Third-Party Services
Airis can connect to third-party services at your direction, including Google Drive, Zoho WorkDrive, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. When you connect one, you authorise Airis to access it as described in our Privacy Policy, and your use of it remains subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes to them, and you can disconnect an integration at any time. If your organisation uses its own AI provider keys or its own database, requests made with them are governed and billed by that provider under its own terms.
11. Plans, Credits, and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and plan limits (such as seats, documents, file size, chatbots, and AI credits) are shown in the product and may change; we will give notice before a price change applies to your next renewal. New organisations may receive a free trial, after which paid features stop unless you choose a paid plan.
AI features, including chat, web search, transcription, agents, and automations, use AI credits. Credits are included with your plan and can be topped up; usage depends on the AI model and feature used, as shown in the product. Included credits reset each billing period and do not roll over unless the product says otherwise, and organisation administrators can set member limits.
Payments are processed by Paystack and Stripe under their own terms, and you authorise us and them to charge your payment method for your plan, renewals, and top-ups. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew. Fees and purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may limit or suspend paid features until it is resolved.
12. Availability and Support
We aim to keep Airis available and reliable, but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and features that depend on third parties (such as AI providers, speech-to-text, web search, or messaging platforms) may be unavailable when those services are. Support is available at support@kerrahub.com.
13. Suspension and Termination
You can stop using Airis and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@kerrahub.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use Airis in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others; where reasonable, we will give notice first. Before an organisation's data is deleted, its administrator may ask us for an export of Your Content. After termination, we delete or anonymise data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 5, 6, and 14 to 18 survive termination.
14. Intellectual Property
Airis, including its software, apps, extension, design, and branding, is owned by Kerra Innovation Hub Limited and its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Airis while your account is active. You may not use the Airis name or logo without our written permission. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
15. Disclaimer
Airis is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure from every threat, or that AI output, transcripts, translations, or search results will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Airis is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, immigration, or employment advice.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kerra Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, Airis. Our total liability for any claim relating to Airis is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
17. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Kerra Hub for reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from Your Content, your chatbots and agents, your breach of these terms, or your breach of applicable law or third-party rights.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties will try in good faith to resolve a dispute by negotiation for at least 30 days. Disputes that are not resolved will be decided by the courts of Nigeria, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Changes
We may update these terms as Airis changes; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. Where a change is material, we will give notice through the product or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Airis after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
20. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Kerra Hub about Airis, unless your organisation has a separate signed agreement with us, which takes priority where it conflicts. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
21. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@kerrahub.com, or by post to Kerra Innovation Hub Limited (RC 9692022), Lagos, Nigeria. Website: airisinsight.com.
